West Middle School
West Middle School, built in 1966, is undergoing a major revitalization project, which started this summer. The project includes classroom and science lab upgrades and improvements to the school's technology infrastructure, to support more integration of 21st century technology. In addition, ceilings and flooring will be replaced and lighting and electrical systems will be upgraded. The revitalization will enhance the educational excellence for which West is known.

After spending the fall learning in temporary mobile classrooms outside the school, students will return from winter break to 10 newly-renovated classrooms – six regular classrooms, two science classrooms and two multi-purpose rooms – as well as a new attendance office.
