Leaders in the community broke ground on a $14 million science, technology, engineering and math school that is being built on the Overland High School and Prairie Middle School campus.
Gov. Bill Ritter expressed his support for the 58,000 square-foot school as part of the groundbreaking ceremony, as did Cherry Creek School District Superintendent Mary Chesley and members of the Board of Education, Claudine McDonald and Randy Perlis.
