Homestead Elementary
Homestead Elementary is home to 21st century students and will soon be home to 21st century classrooms. A major revitalization project, scheduled to start in January 2010, will result in remodeled classrooms, including special education, art and music classrooms, that will better support 21st century technology. The kitchen, cafeteria, ceilings and flooring will also be improved, giving a brand-new feel to this 32-year-old school.

Excitement Builds as Schools Prep for Renovation

Excitement is building as Mike Langlett and his crews forge ahead on renovations to Independence Elementary School and the other schools in the Cherry Creek School District scheduled for renovations and mechanical upgrades. Construction on Independence is scheduled to start in June.
