In the fall of 2009, electrical and plumbing systems, and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control system at Holly Ridge Primary will be upgraded. Interior lighting will be replaced with new, energy-efficient lighting, plumbing fixtures and the school’s drainage system will be upgraded, ensuring both convenience and efficient water use, and the HVAC controls will be replaced, increasing comfort and energy-efficiency.
